Lincoln Woodstock Pratt Arch, 136', spanning Ottauquechee River adjacent to Route 4, approximately 3 miles west of Woodstock village. The only bridge in the US in which builders attempted to use the complex wood and metal arch patented by T. Willis Pratt 33 years earlier. Pratt's ideas were much easier to implement in all-metal bridges; his legacy can be seen in such throughout Vermont. Map of bridges in Windsor County |
