Message: "Feb 14th, 1909Does this look natural to you? Your letter was received all O.K. We are all as usual. The rains have come all (not sure 'right' or 'night'). but have done no damage here. Love to all F.D.P."The shipping is included in the purchase, meaning no additional payment is required, I will be using USPS - Media Mail with insurance. In the event (you) as the buyer would like a faster method with potentially less handling, this must be discussed and paid for before mailing. Read the fine print:
Understand when the package arrives, pay attention to the appearance ofthe package. If there is any noticeable damage to the package, this should bephotographed before opening the package. If any damage has occurred to the contents, USPS will ask for thepackaging to show proof of their "miss-handling."USPS has become very business-like when it comes to insurance andclaims. In fact, all they will refund isthe value paid on , and no monies for the mailingcosts. I don't expect damage to bediscovered, I always take measures to assure the item purchased, will arrive asit was described and displayed on , as well, as it was upon mailing. All claims must be handled by the recipient (the buyer). I do not offer refunds.
Picking this item up at my place of business is acceptable, just contact me right away, letting me know, before I drop it in the mail.Thank you for looking at my posting and giving consideration to the purchase. Curt Stika, member of since 1997. Lifetime member of the Fallbrook Historical Society.
