1950's - 1960's Hutchins auto body tools, an AF-16 Speed file and matching rasp. Both in EXCELLENT condition! Nicely curved wood handles. The sander has the original Hutchins label with a Pasadena Calif. address and no zip code, which dates it to before 1965. The rasp is still fairly sharp. The sander is about 16" long by 2-3/4" wide. The rasp is 14" long x 1-1/4" wide.
