This listing is for what I believe to be either a LatePaleo to Early Archaic Palmer or Kirk Corner Notch point that was found in Randolph County, North Carolina. It measures 1-1/4\" long and is made from a very beautiful striped stone. It is stained orange from the red clay from that region and I have not tried to clean it. This point has a very tiny amount of the tip missing and if you are interested, I can give you contact information of the best artifact restoration artist I know of, and he is very reasonable. Rowan points date to the Late Transitional Paleo Period, 9,000-6,000 years BP. Please look closely at the provided pictures and decide for yourself on the point type and its value.Pictures are considered a key element of the item description.Safe and secure shipping and handling is $5.50 andI only ship to the United States. I will gladly combine shipping if you buy more than 1 point.
