These raw crystals are from Peru and have a Moh's Hardness Scale of 5 - 6.Medium:• The average size of these crystal gemstones is 1" to 2.5" inches.• There are approximately 8 - 16 stones in 1 LB.Large:• The average size of these crystal gemstones is 2" to 3.5" inches.• There are approximately 2 - 4 stones in 1 LB.X-Large• The average size of these crystal gemstones is 3" to 5" inches.• There are approximately 1 - 2 stones in 1 LB.Turquoise has a very light blue color hue with great consistency. This is raw Peruvian Turquoise that has not been stabilized. If you plan to use this product for cabochons, rock tumbling, drilled jewelry or wire wrapping, it's recommended to treat and stabilize before use.
