American Colonial Era Partially Printed Deed, Lunenburg, Worcester Co. Mass 1774:
A Colonial Era partially printed deed from Lunenburg, in the County of Worcester and the Province of Massachusetts Bay, New England, between Samuel Kimball (Blacksmith)and William Gilchrist clearly dated "the twenty fifth day of Augustin the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy four and in the fourteenth year of his majestys Reign". Document has small holes and fold weakness has been repaired on the reverse with paper tape. Approximately 8" x 13" in size, signed by Samuel Kimball with a small wax seal. There is a separate recording entry dated July 8th, 1776. This is a 243 year old document--old, and looks it.
