Vintage 1950s-1960s "The Guildhall London Pipe" (By Comoy's) — Shape F332B

Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible mid-century British estate pipe produced by H. Comoy & Co. This is "The Guildhall London Pipe" sub-brand line from Comoy's highly coveted Post-War/Late Family era.

Shape & Designations:

• Shape Stamp: F332B

• Bowl Shape: Large Straight Billiard with a round shank.

• Flat Base Sitter: The "B" designation indicates a highly desirable flat base variant, allowing the pipe to sit upright on a flat surface without tipping over.

• Stem Type: The "F" prefix designates a classic fishtail mouthpiece.

Nomenclature & Stamps:

• Left side of shank: Stamped "The Guildhall" over "London Pipe".

• Right side of shank: Stamped with the shape number "F332B".

• Country of Manufacture (COM) Stamp: Features the classic circular "MADE IN LONDON" with "ENGLAND" stamped straight underneath. This exact layout explicitly dates this pipe's production to the 1950s or 1960s.

Condition:

This pipe is pre-owned, thoroughly clean, and in excellent condition. The briar boasts a lovely, smooth grain with a deep, rich finish and no notable cosmetic flaws. The vulcanite stem retains its sharp form with a clean button and slots. The draft is smooth and open.

Please see all photos for exact condition details. Don't miss out on adding this excellent smoking piece of 1950s British pipe history to your rotation or collection!
