Two (2) rare early original vintage gelatin silver lobby photo of the famous vaudeville acrobatic act, the Leach La Quinlan Trio.
These are vintage photographs and not copies or reproductions.These photographs were put in the theater lobbies and were taken by New York City Studios that include Strand and Unity Photo. There embossed stamp can be see at bottom left corner.The images show this famous trio dressed in acrobat costumes and the two girls in a separate photo. The two girls are wearing sexy looking tights and dresses.This slack wire act was eight minutes long on the full stage. “Two women in tights, holding slack wire around their necks and by their teeth while man does a good slack wire turn.” The act was perfect for the closing spot on the big small time. It is fast and well done.Photographs measure 8 x 10 inches and are in good condition with a few bends but no tears or creases. There are pin holes at the corners from being used as lobby card photos.
