Vintage souvenir matchbook for Red River Rib Co., located at 7404 W. Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia. 
Front features an oval Western-style logo with a cowboy/bronco silhouette, \"Red River Rib Co.,\" and \"Western Cookin\' & Lounge\". The lower front displays the full address. The back advertises \"Honest Western Cookin\'!\" alongside bulleted services: Catering, Banquets, and Carry Out. 
Condition: Full, unstruck matchbook. Light off-white/cream cardstock shows minor age-toning but remains clean and crisp. Bound at the base with a single staple. Features a complete set of original paper matchsticks tipped with off-white/cream heads. The dark striker strip is clean and entirely unused. Manufactured by Universal Match Corp. (Made in Canada). 
Background: Operating during the late 1970s and 1980s along the West Broad Street corridor in Henrico County, Red River Rib Co. was a popular local destination for barbecue, steaks, and classic Western-style casual dining. Located near the bustling West End neighborhood, the restaurant was well-regarded for its smoked ribs, lively lounge atmosphere, and full-service catering capabilities. 
A fantastic piece for collectors of vintage Richmond, Virginia dining memorabilia, barbecue ephemera, or regional matchbooks.
