I would date this to 1905 based on dated slides ( being sold seperately ) from this group but there were others relating to the 1897 Jubilee evens in Dover so the slide is quite likely earlier. The slide consists of two glass plates, on that the image is applied to and a second to protect the image. The slide normally has a inner paper border and then the slide is then held together with edging paper.Please be aware that as the slide can be photographed both sides so the image in photo 1 may be reversed in error
