Here’s a pair of neat pieces of Western New York telephone history from right here in Chautauqua County.
Lot includes two identical vintage postcards showing the Communications Center of the Chautauqua & Erie Telephone Corporation at 30 Main Street in Westfield, New York. The backs note that the company was founded in 1897.
Both were published by McClenathan Printery, Inc. of Dunkirk, New York and are marked ICS-106361. Both postcards are unused and have not been mailed or written on. Nice clean vintage condition as shown.
