I know that reel to reel decks are old anyways but mine came in beautiful condition. It didn't work at first but realized the pinch roller was seized (from non use, probably). I just lubed the spindle and put pinch roller back on...BAM working. Item was meticulously packaged so I appreciate the great care that went into packing such a heavy and delicate piece.
