Fast shipping, good packaging, postcard was as described but shipping was 10 dollars more than agreed on at $12.35 to mail a postcard.

I apologize for the confusion. The high shipping cost was the result of eBay's Int'l shipping program which they enrolled me in without my knowledge. As a result the shipping cost was out of my hands for transaction. I have since unenrolled in this program.
