I feel like this is a great bargain for those of us who repair old pocket knives. Every single blade I got, and I ordered 2 bags, were all carbon steel, and made in the USA! Most are unsharpend, and need the stops ground in, but if you repair knives you would rather have them yhat way, rather than worn out edges and worn out stops. I would say 95% of mine were American made Queen, but all were American made. I will definitely order more!
