Superior Product, Excellent Design
Prefer this product to other brands. The products themselves are battlefield proven and I have no hesitation in recommending same. The adhesive is reasonably aggressive, the size of the product appropriate, and the design including vents is in my opinion superior to other designs. The fact that these items come in pairs is an advantage over some others that are offered only as singles - when a 2nd patch is needed it isn't time to start looking for what isn't there.Prefer this product to other brands. Be prepared to save your life...
This product is very well rated among the EMT community! It is superior to other, similar products. The main feature is, there are three "vents", that allow air and fluids to escape the bandage, but restrict air from entering the wound, into the chest cavity. Secondly, this item included two of the bandage seals, one for the entrance wound, and one for the exit wound, very important! I am very confident, that should I be so unfortunate, as to have to use this product, that it would possibly save my, or someone else's life!This product is very well rated among the EMT community! Since I haven't used them I can't really give a review. I did make sure I got them with an expiration date with a few years to go. I hope I never need to use them, but one is in my edc bag, the other is in my first kit.

This looks like a very legitimate product for sure, although I haven't opened the package because it's not something you can just "test"... Hope I never have to use it, but it's nice knowing it's in the truck if someone else gets shot again where I work. Beats trying to patch a hole with duct-tape.
