The item was exactly as described. It was shipped immediately and arrived quickly. But the shipping charges were terribly excessive: for an item that cost $20.99 the shipping and handling was $8.85, which is a little over 42% of the item's cost. The is ridiculous and totally excessive. If this is typical I will not shop with this seller again.
