Foregrounded is a modest establishment called Beebe Lake Lunch Room (took me a little while to find Beebe Lake; on maps, it's called Beebe Pond). There's an old screen door; on either side of the window are old (likely metal) advertising signs. At left is a Royal Crown Cola thermometer; at right is a Coca-Cola sign.Behind the standing gentleman -- and in what appears to be the same structure as the lunch room -- is the Hubbardton, Vermont, post office.The bonus photo is what I consider to be a strong composition, which shows the same man sitting on a chair, in a field, reading a magazine.
