Vintage Weston Model 269 Milliammeter in Good Working Condition with Wood Base
- This meter was made circa 1918 by Weston Electrical Instruments in Newark, New Jersey.
- The name plate shows Model Number 269.
- There are three inputs for 3 / 30 / 300 mA full scale readings.
- The analog meter is the D'Arsonval type.
- There is an offset adjustment screw to zero the meter reading.
- The overall dimensions are 7 x 6 x 7 inches and the weight is 4.2 pounds.
- The handsome and functional brass and wood base with rubber feet is new and was added for easy portability and to make this current meter an attractive display item.
- I also added 4 convenient connection points on the rear panel of the wood base because the factory connections are screw terminals inconveniently located on the bottom of the meter case.
- The last four photos show the general electrical test setup.
- The two meters show the same 25 mA direct current.
- This meter functions on all three scales and indicates the same current reading as a modern instrument.
- The condition and functionality are as shown in the photos and descriptions.
- The buyer pays for shipping.
- Ships in 3 days or sooner.
- Please see my other listings for similar items.
- You won't find a better looking Model 269 than this one.
- With the wood base and external connectors you can use it or display it!
