Selling a Vintage "23rd Psalm" Religious Cardboard Handheld Fan advertising at the bottom The PHILLIPS Hardware Company that was located in downtown Cambridge, Maryland. The fan is in a "used" condition but is still in an overall good. It has some discoloration marks and small stains as well as some minor creases but is still sturdy and structurally sound.
