THE FINE PRINT: Items are in as-is, previously-loved condition, most often one-off treasures found at estate sales and passed on to other lovers of the unique and antique! As with finds such as these, there may be minor scratches or other imperfections, chips in corners of glass within frames, shelf wear and dings that do not affect the overall beauty or usability of these items. I generally sell them as they are found so that the new owner can decide to polish or not polish, etc.
Postcards: Every effort is made to ensure the pictures show the "real life" colors. I do not use any "filters". Look at each picture and note defects. Most all will have a scratch here or there, a corner that may be not as sharp as when new. I will note if the postcard is previously mailed or never mailed. Postcards will be sent to you in individual protective sleeves and cardboard inserts to protect the card as much as possible and prevent damage. I do not accept returns at this time.
On vintage frames, I do not purchase them if the chips in corners of the glass show when in the frame. BUT, it is near impossible to find old frames that do not have corners chipped. These usually DO NOT show when displaying pictures, it is hidden within the frame. That’s the price of time. If it bothers you, you can easily buy a new glass insert.
I ONLY ship to the address listed when you purchased. Smoke-free home here. But, since my treasures come from estate sales I cannot guarantee they have not previously been in a smoking home or a home with pets, etc. Serious buyers only. Payment not received within 5 days of sale closing will be relisted. If you have any additional questions please ask! My turn-around time is usually 24 hours or less. Do not let my low sales (for now) scare you. I used to sell on a lot.
