NOS Unopened, 1940’s Chase & Sanborn “New” Drip Grind Coffee, Original Key:
$81.99

For sale is an unopened, vintage 1940’s, one pound can of the “new” drip grind Chase & Sanborn Coffee. Chase & Sanborn began selling drip grind coffee in the 1940’s. The company was founded in 1874 by Caleb Chase and James Solomon Sanborn. They were the first to sell ground coffee in sealed cans.

This can of coffee is the one pound size and still has the original key to open the coffee on the top of the can along with the original price of 49 cents, 55 cents, or 39 cents on the top of the can, too. This coffee was roasted, packed, and distributed by Standard Brands Incorporated of New York, NY.

This can of coffee comes from a clean, non-smoking environment and is in wonderful condition. Please email me either questions. Thank you so much for looking!
