NICE! Vtg True Temper Underhill No.70 Roofing Hatchet Leather Strap 5 Hole GaugeSuper nice lightly used vintage True Temper Underhill No.70 Roofing Hatchet With Leather Strap, and 5 Hole Gauge. Very nice "WAFFLE" hammer face, that's been lightly used (see pics). Both cutting edges show no chips or nicks on them (see pics). The adjustable gauge unscrews perfectly, like it should, and will fit into all "5" holes on the head (see pics). The hatchet head is securely mounted to the original hickory handle, not loose at all. The handle is also in GREAT! condition with no breaks or cracks on it (see all pics). Even the leather strap is in GREAT! condition. The hatchet weighs in at 1 pound 10.0 oz. The hatchet is 14" long. The head is 6-3/4" long, with two bits that are both 2-1/8" wide.If your looking for a SUPER NICE made in the U.S.A.
