Offered for sale are these two checks / bill heads from the BYU Commercial College in Provo, Utah.1. College National Bank check dated 1909. Stamped from the BYU Commercial School. On the back it says: BYA (Brigham Young Academy) Commercial Exchange. Check is very clean. Has a tiny hole in the middle where it was most likely held with other checks. Minor edge and corner wear and minor yellowing. Measures: 7.45" x 3.8". 2. Short Bill Head dated 1909 and stamped BYA (Brigham Young Academy) Commercial College. Overall quite clean. Couple of yellow glue residue spots on the back. A little edge and corner wear. Measures: 8.2 x 3.55".The history of Brigham Young University begins in 1875 when it was called the Brigham Young Academy. The Commercial School was established in 1903 when BYA was organized into 8 schools or departments and later in 1909, it merged into the Brigham Young High School. Offered for sale are these two checks / bill heads from the BYU Commercial College in Provo, Utah.
1.  College National Bank check dated 1909.  Stamped from the BYU Commercial School.  On the back it says:  BYA (Brigham Young Academy) Commercial Exchange.  Check is very clean.  Has a tiny hole in the middle where it was most likely held with other checks.  Minor edge and corner wear and minor yellowing.  Measures:  7.45" x 3.8".
