4X6 Photo 1958 Gifford Motors Rambler Hudson Dealer Puyallup WA & Roller Rink 4:
$1.99

This sale is for a 1958 4X6 black and white glossy photo of Gifford Motors...a Rambler and Hudson delaer located at 200 East Main St, Puyallup, Washington, which is Southeast of Tacoma. This dealership was quite unusual...there was a roller rink above the dealership that the dealership was operating. During the day it was Gifford Motors of Puyallup selling new and used cars. In the evening they also opened up the skating rink for skaters above the dealerships showroom. The operators were W. H. Gifford who also owned and operated the skating rink. Later, Gifford sold the dealership to Bob Larson in 1963. But two years later in 1965, a fire destroyed the building so it's history is gone. This photo shows a side view of the the dealership with the open garage doors of the Service Dept. and three cars parked sticking out of them. You may notice the sign in the window on the left advertising 'The New Rambler American', the 'Hudson' sign over the open garage doors and the 'Skating Rink' sign on the right above a separate doorway.See my other photos for more photos of this historic dealership....I have four different photos. It is an actual photo and is printed by a professional photo lab and not on a home computer. It is clearer than what is shown here on the sale.It will not have the small yellow papers on it. Shipping is 85 cents in the US. It will be shipped in lightweight cardboard protectors and in a plain envelope.I always combine shipping whenever possible. ****Please use the cart for multiple purchases. **** Thanks for your interest!
