This is a 1992 Lowell Herrero framed tile from Vandor. It shows a tabby cat leaping into the air and about to land on a wind-up mouse. He's in for a surprise. The entire piece is 9 1/2" x 9 1/2" and about 1/2" thick. It is heavy.
