Seller took 4-5 days to ship the item. It arrived on my anniversary. I ordered this 12 days before my anniversary. Item arrived very well packaged but looks a lot different from the listing photos. Too much lighting was used as it appeared gold, not copper. Wife still loved it. First anniversary saved.

I am sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. The title does state that the necklace had heavy copper glitter. I am always happy to send additional photos if there is ever a question. This was purchased on a holiday, and I was away. Although I met the criteria for eBay shipping, I am very sorry you were unhappy with the shipping speed. It makes me happy that she loved the beautiful necklace, and Happy Anniversary.
