OK I am an engineer, not a nut case. I bought this for my son and daughter in-law. They put an offer on their first home they wanted to buy, offer was excepted. Now they had to sell their condo. Both of them are professionals and extremely intelligent. Condo was not selling for months, even though we cosmetically beautified it. They buried this statue and she texted me; within a few hours she said the real estate agent called her and someone wants to see the condo. Well that specific showing did not sell the condo, but they had tremendous activity following this showing. Condo sold to an single individual. They received $3000 less than asking price, in which they were just thrilled. And the timing of moving out of the condo and into their new first gorgeous home is perfect. ... IT WORKS!!
First day i teceived it i follow the instructions. I first like to say that the house has only been in the market for 1 month n a few days. I could have sold it the first week because i had an offer. Then traffic picked up on interested buyers or nosy people. But after a week n a half traffic stopped. I ordered St joseph did what i was suppose to and in a few days calls started coming in and appt scheduled. About 2 more days i got a call that there was an offer for full asking price and tomorrow 5 of July Buyers bank inspectors are coming. I googled it and found that a lot of people had success with it, so I bought the statue. Within 10 days, I had an offer on my home and accepted it. I bought another home and was in it for about 4 months, but found my dream home and purchased it. I needed the sell the 2nd home, so I followed the directions and buried St. Joseph at my 2nd home. Again, within a few days, I had an offer on that home. My house wasn't getting very many interests so a friend suggested I buy a St Joseph statue.I bought the statue on a Friday and sure enough it came in the mail on Monday! I buried him on Tuesday said my prayer and Wednesday morning I received a call from my Realtor that someone was coming to look at the house. They loved it! They're in the process of getting a loan now. This statue has been a blessing! I'd encourage my friends and family to get one. I figured why not, having some faith & St Joseph on our side could only help. We received it & buried it & said the prayer every day. Within the first days we had an interested party & now are under contract 3 weeks after burying St Joseph. We'll keep praying & leave him in place until we close.
