I am in Canada, so shipments usually take 1 to 2 weeks in the mail.
Tracking is free on orders of $100 or more. Under $100, tracking is $10 to the U.S. or Canada and $20 to other countries. (This is our actual cost for tracking; the Canadian post office is expensive.)
