Vintage WATER-VILLE Co Half-Congress Pocket Knife c.1865-1890 Mother-Pearl NM:
*** PLEASE READ BEFORE offerDING***
I’ve gone for months now avoiding having to do this BUT...... Due to the nearly pandemic number of non-paying and late paying buyers, and the fact I’m spending as much time trying to to get sale winners to pay for what they purchased 4 and 5 days earlier it’s become necessary for me to put the following policy in place. So starting immediately payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received in that time a non-paying buyer case will automatically be opened with . This may seem harsh to some but it is necessary because of the actions of the few. Few being as many as 11 at once at times. buyers with 350+ positive responses and customers with which I’ve had previous successful transactions are exempt from the requirements and I thank those customers very much. If you are offerding on multiple knives I can waive the 48 hour rule. Just let me know and hold payment until I can send you an invoice to save you on shipping.
IALWAYSoffer the lower cost first class shipping option. Why pay those high dollar shipping fees to get your knife 1 day sooner when you shouldn’t have to.
If you don’t read the full description and look at all the photos you’re going to miss a lot of detail. Please ask questions if you still have any.
