Vintage Extremely Rare Airguide Guildhall Baro/Therm #282:
Vintage Extremely Rare Airguide Guildhall Baro/Therm . This is one of the few barometers that Airguile ever built with a pulley system for a vertical scale with the aneroid Bellows mechanism. The only other was called Hamptom Court.
Unfortunately they discontinued them because it's a hard mechanism to make and costly. I believe they only made them for about two maybe three years.
I've been working on barometers since around 1980 and have overhauled the mechanism and oiled it checked it and rated it and it works perfectly it is missing the thermometer and I never had time to get a new one. Has a bubble level built in the bottom it's made of oiled Walnut and nice inlaid designs.
It was made in 1977 of what they called the fine solid wood collection and was considered top of the line for Airguide.
