Unbelievably Rare Historical Photographs - Isaac Parker & 1st bldg in Parker Co.:
$1,000,000

This amazing listing has the potential to re-write some history.

This is one of those listing that should probably be sold at a Christie's or Sotheby's sale.

I really have no idea how to value something like this, so I will put a price tag on it and let you guys decide where we go from here.

Some things I have noticed while researching these negatives: Isaac Parker looks like he his pretty young in this photo and he also looks to not have a mustache. I'm guessing that this must have been around 1855-56 when he was establishing Parker County.

As for the building, if the information on the back of the negative is correct, this building may well be the oldest building in the County. I think this would be new information that the heritage society of Parker County would need to investigate.

Please use the photos I have taken to judge the listing and you will get exactly what you see, and please send questions if you have any.

I will package, insure, and ship it quick
