The Kwicky Koala ShowWilford Wolf and Kwicky Koala Production Cel Setup and Painted Background (Hanna-Barbera, 1981)The Kwicky Koala Showwas one of the final programs created by animation legend Tex Avery. Like Tex's earlier creation Droopy, Kwicky is something of a deadpan character who constantly avoids capture by Wilford Wolf; the main difference being Kwicky's lightening-fast speed. In this original hand-painted 12 field 4-cel production setup, Wilford is at it again, using an elaborate flying outfit to swoop down on his prey. The combined painted cel image includes the baskets of grass, with an overall size of 6.75" x 7.5". The cels are placed on an original hand-painted Hanna-Barbera production background from another show; it works very well with the setup.See my other sales for great pieces
