A clear lighter with a red light that lights up and down the side on the inside of the lighter when the button is pushed.These lighters were recalled about 25 years ago due to children being inquisitive with the clear lighter lighting up.
These were a giveaway when you purchased a 5-pack of cigarettes.The lighters come in mint condition packaging, unopened, unused.
I can't guarantee that the butane is still in the lighter, as through time butane does evaporate.The lighter is refillable though and there are instructions on the side of the packaging.The packaging is factory sealed and will not be opened to check out each lighter, then it wouldn't be NIB (new in box).If the lighter doesn't not light up you should be able to replace the battery.
