On June 16, 1970 my father took me to meet, through a friend, the great Paul Anderson when I was 7 years old. When I met him, Mr. Anderson took a 4 inch nail and pounded it through a 1 3/4 inch wood board with his bare hand in one blow. Its something I will never forget. Paul Anderson is dead now, but was considered the worlds strongest man in his time as well as an Olympic gold medalist. This board is signed in pencil and dated. "Your Friend In Christ Paul Anderson 6/16/70" This is undoubtedly a one of a kind collectors item.After the sale of this item, I will also donate a small percentage of the sales price to Paul Andersons Youth Home located in Vidalia, Georgia in honor of Mr. Anderson.
