This offering is for an antique carte de visite photograph that features a street view in the town of Bridport in the United Kingdom. The image shows a dirt street with wooden sidewalks. It appears that the building on the right has run drain pipes from the roof to a ditch dug along the edge of the street to help with water drainage. At the left is the New Town Inn, note the large white dog sitting it it's doorway. Also visible is Banfields Dolphin Hotel. The image is outstanding with very light minor wear but no rips, tears or repairs. The overall size is app. 2½" by 4¼" and it displays beautifully.
