In 2007 Montblanc launched its America's Signatures for Freedom limited edition fountain pen series that are inspired by the lives and visions of previous commanders in chief whose services laid the groundwork for our nation's freedom, independence, and values. Limited to 50 pieces symbolizing the number of states in the union. Montblanc honor's America's fourth president, James Madison, with an exceptionally crafted masterpiece. Featuring solid 18K gold, grenadille inlays symbolizing pillars of Madison's Montpelier estate, clip with Madison's portrait and yellow quartz gemstone, mother-of-pearl captop star with 3 diamonds. The Medium 18K gold nib is engraved with stars and "America's Signatures for Freedom.". Limited Edition of 50 creations, ours is a low # which will be revealed to the buyer. This masterpiece is in brand new condition and comes with the outer box, presentation box, leather bound book, booklet/documents.
