This is the local physician's office in the Dickens Village Series by Dept. 56. This Lighted Porcelain Building, C.Watt Physician, is #55689. It was originally introduced in December 1990 and was retired in 1996. This building has seen little use and is still housed in its original foam box and exterior sleeve. It is in very good vintage condition. Overall it stands a little over 8 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 4.5 inches deep. The physician's office is on the ground floor of the building, while the doctor's residence is up the stairs on the left side.
