good preowned condition, shows normal signs of wear. The lights work well, except for one cauldron that doesn’t light up during one of the color change cycle. Also the owl that sits on top of the roof is missing. The electric cord has some glue residue on it and the twigs are bent from storage but should be an easy fix.
