circa 1880, BROADSIDE, WHITE'S GOLDEN TONIC FOR HORSES, ENOSBURGH FALLS, VERMONT:
An original 19th century broadside, undated but circa 1880. It reads:
"White's Golden Tonic For Horses Out of Condition.
Cures: Indigestion, Loss of Appetite, Scratches, Swelled Legs, Yellow Water, Hide Bound, Pink Eye, Stomach Staggers. And all Moroffer Condition or Derangements of the Digestive Organs.
As a Cough Remedy it has no equal. Sure death to worms if used according to directions.
Warranted to give satisfaction, and all dealers are authorized to refund the purchase price if not satisfactory.
Price per bottle -- Two Week's Treatment -- 50 Cents.

It is approx. 23 1/2" x 17 7/8".
There are some creases from being folded, discoloration, some small tears, on the back a previous owner taped a piece of paper onto the poster to fill in a void in the letter, else in good condition.
