Museum quality textile collection ~ One of the most extraordinary finds of my career. i've had this set in my private collection for many years. This stunning set is an antique, English bedding set, perhaps even two sets. ( I'm not able to use all photographs of the collection as limit the number of photographs to 12, however please email and I can find a way to get all photographs of the collection) It was printed by Bromley Hall in 1775 and the pattern is called. The strength and boldness of the pattern comes alive in these fabulously preserved textiles, I've never seen another even remotely like it. This set is comprised of 9 pieces. There are two valances, 2 bed covers, 5 bed curtains! This collection is printed on a siamoise, linen and cotton blend, wonderfully unevenly spun. GORGEOUS China blue. The 18th century trim is extraordinary as well. In the Winterthur museum collection there is a very similar set with similar trim. One of the most extraordinary collections in the world. The condition varies from piece to piece, however generally the collection is in remarkable condition. The bed valances show the most signs of time and use, however the curtain panels and bed covers are simply amazing. Please email for a detailed condition report or any questions ~*~ ( B250 )

CONDITION : This fabric is in unwashed as found condition with storage dust. If the exact condition is required for each piece, please email and I will supply. There are signs of time and use on each, however generally this collection is in remarkable condition as a whole for it's age and use.
