1860 - 1880\'s WARNER & CO WMR PHILADELPHIA VINTAGE MEDICINE BOTTLE HAND DUG IN FT. WORTH TX.. Condition is \"Used\". This is a vintage medicine bottle and a glass stopper. I do not know if the stopper belongs on this bottle but they were found next to each other when my husband rescued this bottle from a old dump that was being excavated for new construction. My husband is an avid bottle digger and hand dug this bottle many years ago in the vicinity of the Historic Ft. Worth Stockyards area also known as Hells Half Acre and Panther City.
The bottle is embossed, \"Wm R. Warner & Co Philadelphia \" on the front along with an entwined W & Co symbol. It is clear and in good condition for the age. The embossed letters have been highlighted with a marker and can easily be washed off. It displays beautifully. No chips, no cracks. Some nice bubbles in the glass are visible.
Measures 4\" T X 1 1/2\" W X 1\" D
