Four photos of Bakersfield Kern County California from Dorman Studios. Circa late 1930s-1930. These show to back that they were formerly in the collection of the COC. Two say Claude P. Dorman to lower right.
1. New Bridge north of Bakersfield Hwy 99. April 1936. Obscured stamp of Dorman's Photo Shop. 7" x 4 3/4" (inclusive of margin). 6 1/2" x 3 5/8".
2. Women's Club House. 9 3/4" x 7 7/8" (including margin).
3. American Legion Building 61/2" x 3 5/8".
4. New Chamber of Commerce Building c. 1940. 7" x 4 3/4".
CONDITION: Please study the provided images. There are creases and to some the impressions of the writing from the back can be detected on the front.
Images have some glare from the light from where I was taking them.
Provenance: from the estate of a collector that lived near Bakersfield for decades.
