Quinlan Charlotte
(a/k/a Lower)
Builder unknown, 1849

Burr Arch, 87', spanning Lewis Creek on Lewis Creek Road at Spear Street Extension.

Named for John Quinlan, who operated mills near here. The alias "Lower" is because it is the downstream of two covered bridges on Lewis Creek.
