 Retreat from Canada: Revolutionary War Re-enactment
The Green Mountain Boys come home in honor of Ethan Allenï‚…s 275th Birthday! Revolutionary War re-enactors recreate an encampment of colonial militia who were training to reinforce the American forces in Canada in 1776. This event will feature lifestyle, tools and crafts displays and presentations of both home-life and military camp-life. The Warner Regiment will conduct periodic training periods for the "militia", as well as tactical demonstrations of the Continental Army.

Vermont Respite House 5k Fun Run & Jiggety Jog
Bring your family and rally your friends. It's great fun for a great cause. Participants of all ages and fitness levels will walk, run, bike, in-line skate, push strollers, and pull wagons to raise pledges for Vermont Respite House. The 5k course starts and finishes at the Allen Brook School and runs through the Southridge neighborhood. Registration begins at 8:00 am, timed 5k starts at 9:00 am, and Jiggety Jog follows immediately after.
